Walks around Paris
We spent the day exploring Paris the best way we know how, on foot! Nearly 14 miles later, we had wandered past iconic landmarks like Notre Dame, The Louvre, and of course the Eiffel Tower. We lingered over a relaxed lunch on the rooftop of a boat along the Seine, then soaked in the rhythm of the city with vino and pastries at cozy street-side spots as we rested our feet every few miles. It was a full day of sightseeing, people-watching, and happily getting lost. The kind of day that makes Paris feel both grand and intimately familiar all at once. A fun note- what sparked this trip was a wedding, my dear friend was getting married. Long story short, our assigned table spoke English, exceeded any nervous expectations, and made us feel like we’d meet again one day with these married friends and new family loved ones.
